Anne Doyle

Anne Doyle is a fulltime Canadian Artist who divides her time between artistic design and production of original oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings.

Anne was born in England and grew up on the rugged coast of Nova Scotia and rural Ontario. For over twenty years Anne lived in the rural Yukon where she divided her time between painting, designing and the production of several series of collector’s edition commemorative silver medallions. Anne is also the former owner of an art gallery in Whitehorse, Yukon and Skagway, Alaska.

Anne Doyle and her husband relocated to the Comox Valley over a decade ago after spending a number of years living in New Zealand. Together, they spend their time exploring the wild coastline of B.C. and enjoying hiking in Strathcona Provincial Park.

Many of the inspirations for Anne’s paintings come from her outdoor explorations of British Columbia’s extraordinary landscape and seascape environments. Anne also has a passion for dragon flies and enjoys spending time photographing, sketching and painting these amazing insects.
